About me
More than 7 years ago, at the
beginning of my academic career, I have been invited by Sir Alan P. France to
join the Westminster International University as a Lecturer and a Module Leader
in the HRM area. Having more than 4 years of administrative experience in course
leading, I have been appointed as Acting Course Leader for Business
Administration enhancing students' learning experience following Quality
Assurance at the university. Providing a necessary advisory role as a supervisor
for level 6 BA students, I also do experiential research in the Education field
within the university and research in the Aviation management field for
Uzbekistan Airways. My research interests include Airline Management/Marketing,
the Business continuity model as well as social psychology, and stress
management. I was a runner-up of the Teaching and Learning Symposium 2017 with
the 2-years of research in the education field presenting "Authentic
assignment in work-based learning". Besides research, I was contributing
to Faculty development by participating in negotiations on building partnerships
with Novosibirsk State University (Russia). For now, I am specializing in
Strategic Management, Service Marketing, and Tourism Management, as well as
teaching Negotiations to upper-level students at WIUT.
In 2021 I got admitted to my second Master's degree program in Learning and Teaching at Westminster International University in Tashkent.
Besides MALT course, I am also pursuing two PhDs at the moment:
* PhD in Business Administration and Management at the University of Pisa
* PhD in Economics (in IT sphere) at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation
